CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-362 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF LINDA HOWLAND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 3, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Linda Howland for property <br /> damage incurred on November 24, 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 18, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim of Linda Howland in the sum of $150 is <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 18, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~T~I~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE MAYOR <br /> <br />/James R/'W~lker, ~ity Clerk' <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ~et~fF ~.
