RESOLUTION NO. 87-361 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF SERIES A BONDS <br /> <br /> j ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1986-9, <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> On August 11, 1987, bids were received for the purchase of <br />Assessment District No. 1986-9, North Pleasanton Improvement <br />District No. 3, Series A of bonds. <br /> <br />The City Council accepts the offer of STONE & YOUNGBERG <br />(attached to this resolution and by reference incorporated herein). <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the sale and delivery of the <br /> <br />bonds to the offeror in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />stated in the offer. <br /> <br /> · <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a special meeting thereof, held on <br />the llth day of August, 1987. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler~ Wilson~ and Vice MaFor Mohr <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Brandes andMayor Mercer <br /> <br /> JAMES R.
