RESOLUTION NO. 87-359 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 87-111 <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-9, <br /> N6RTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />On March 17, 1987, this Council adopted Resolution <br />No. ST-111, "Resolution of Intention to Order Improvement in <br />Assessment District No. 1988-~, North Pleasanton Improvement <br />District No. 3." Said resolution is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> By deleting therefrom: "The City will obligate itself to <br />advance available funds from the City Treasury to cure any <br />deficiency which may occur in the bond redemption fund." <br /> <br /> And substituting therefor: "The City will not obligate <br />itself to advance available funds from the City Treasury to cure any <br />deficiency which may occur in the bond redemption fund. A <br />determination not to obligate itself shall not prevent the City <br />from, in its sole discretion, so advancing funds." <br /> <br /> · , , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted hy the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a special meeting thereof, held on <br />the llth day of August, 1~87. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Wilson, and Vice Mayor Mohr <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Brandes and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> JAMES R.
