EXHIBIT A <br /> TO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-357 <br /> <br /> SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS <br /> FOR CITY MANAGER JAMES R. WALKER <br /> <br />1. The annual salary for City Manager James R. Walker is $85,980 <br /> commencing May 13, 1987. <br /> <br />2. City Manager James R. Walker shall have the option of several <br /> alternate deferred compensation plans, provided that in no <br /> event shall annual salary exceed $85,980 annually or $7,165 <br /> monthly. <br /> <br />3. Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br /> a. Medical. Fully paid premiums for the Kaiser "S" Plan <br /> with optical and prescription drug options. <br /> <br /> b. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> c. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance <br /> with a value equal to twice the annual salary. <br /> <br /> d. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term <br /> disability insurance. <br /> <br /> e. Vacation. Four weeks annual paid vacation. <br /> <br /> f. Holidays. The same holidays as established for city man- <br /> agement employees. <br /> <br /> g. Retirement System. Membership in the State Public Em- <br /> ployees Retirement System (PERS). <br /> <br /> h. Vehicle Allowance. A vehicle allowance of $200 per month <br /> for reimbursement of expenses related to use of private <br /> vehicle for city business. <br /> <br /> i. Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative leave <br /> per fiscal year not to be taken in conjunction with an- <br /> nual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each year, <br /> January and July, if not taken. <br /> <br /> <br />
