CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-354 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES AND HARRY CALDWELL FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 13-UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON 2 ACRES LOCATED AT 3745 VINEYARD AVENUE (PUD-87-12) WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 4, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Ken Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell for development plan approval for a 13-unit residential project on approximately 2.0 acres located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 12, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Ken Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell for development plan approval for a 13-unit residential project on approximately 2.0 acres located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue. (PUD-87-12) Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
