CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-354 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES AND HARRY CALDWELL <br /> FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 13-UNIT RESIDENTIAL <br /> PROJECT ON 2 ACRES LOCATED AT 3745 VINEYARD AVENUE <br /> (PUD-87-12) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 4, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Ken Gooch and Associates and Harry <br /> Caldwell for development plan approval for a 13-unit <br /> residential project on approximately 2.0 acres located <br /> at 3745 Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated December 12, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Ken Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell for <br /> development plan approval for a 13-unit residential <br /> project on approximately 2.0 acres located at 3745 <br /> Vineyard Avenue. (PUD-87-12) <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
