Ms. Stern clarified that the Commission is trying to get a general sense right <br />now rather than calculating a number. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox stated that she would like to see more data on what kind of <br />infrastructure services each of the dwelling types uses before she can form an opinion <br />about this matter. She indicated, however, that she is supportive of TOD in general but <br />not of exempting all TOD from the housing cap. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank congratulated staff on a great job. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox asked the Commissioners if they would like to see the revisions under <br />the Consent Calendar at a future meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce indicated that emailing the final draft to the Commissioners would <br />be sufficient. <br /> <br />Ms. Stern indicated that she would send the report to the Commission at the same time <br />that it is sent to the Council to give the Council sufficient time to review the document <br />st <br />before the hearing on August 21. She added that there would be time to make any <br />corrections to the final draft that the Commission may have. <br /> <br />A recess was called at 9:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum left the meeting. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox reconvened the meeting at 10:07 p.m. <br /> <br />b.
