<br />Chairperson Fox added that the old visuals would be useful as a frame of reference. <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum noted that she would like further clarification on the relation of the <br />accessory structures to the FARs and would be inclined to take the direction with Oak <br />Grove with either a maximum FAR or maximum lot size, whichever was less. She <br />suggested taking a break to allow the applicant to assess these issues instead of making <br />changes on the fly. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank noted that a significant number of emails had been received that <br />day and appreciated staff’s efforts in gathering the additional information on the project. <br />He would like to continue this item in order to have the proper information to make a <br />good decision. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox agreed with Commissioners Blank and Narum and would be amenable <br />to continuing this item to allow staff and the applicant to provide further information. <br />She would like to see the definition of FAR as it related to this application. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker noted that staff would prefer to have an opportunity to research the <br />information and provide that to the Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson requested a single, consolidated set of conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank moved to continue PUD-05-02M to the meeting of July 25, <br />2007 and requested that staff provide a unified set of conditions of approval, <br />research any visuals, and meet with the applicant regarding possible controversial <br />conditions. <br />Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum would like further discussion on the other items prior to the <br />continued hearing. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox suggested an amendment to include the definition of FAR to <br />clarify whether it covered developable area versus gross acreage. <br /> <br />Commissioners Blank and Narum accepted the proposed amendment. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, O’Connor, and Olson. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Pearce. <br /> <br />The motion passed. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES July 11, 2007 Page 12 of 27 <br /> <br /> <br />
