Chairperson Fox added that the old visuals would be useful as a frame of reference. Commissioner Narum noted that she would like further clarification on the relation of the accessory structures to the FARs and would be inclined to take the direction with Oak Grove with either a maximum FAR or maximum lot size, whichever was less. She suggested taking a break to allow the applicant to assess these issues instead of making changes on the fly. Commissioner Blank noted that a significant number of emails had been received that day and appreciated staff’s efforts in gathering the additional information on the project. He would like to continue this item in order to have the proper information to make a good decision. Chairperson Fox agreed with Commissioners Blank and Narum and would be amenable to continuing this item to allow staff and the applicant to provide further information. She would like to see the definition of FAR as it related to this application. Ms. Decker noted that staff would prefer to have an opportunity to research the information and provide that to the Commission. Commissioner Olson requested a single, consolidated set of conditions of approval. Commissioner Blank moved to continue PUD-05-02M to the meeting of July 25, 2007 and requested that staff provide a unified set of conditions of approval, research any visuals, and meet with the applicant regarding possible controversial conditions. Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. Commissioner Narum would like further discussion on the other items prior to the continued hearing. Chairperson Fox suggested an amendment to include the definition of FAR to clarify whether it covered developable area versus gross acreage.
