APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />a. June 27, 2007 <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Connor noted that with reference to the last sentence of the third full <br />paragraph on page 14, “He inquired about the amount of latitude allowed by the 12- <br />percent to one-percent grade,” he was unsure of the context of the statement. He <br />indicated that he was inquiring about the amount of latitude the City had if the law was <br />12 percent; he did not know about the reference to the one-percent grade. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Connor noted that the second full paragraph on page 12 referring to <br />Chairperson Fox’s conversation with Jennifer Hosterman is confusing in terms of <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES July 11, 2007 Page 1 of 27 <br /> <br /> <br />
