PIANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1001 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council the approval of Zone Change No. 70-4, filed by Ralph P. Juhl. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered Zone Amendment Petition No. 70-4, filed by Ralph P. Juhl to amend Sec. 3.100, Zoning Ordinance No. 520, to change the zone district designation from the A (Agricultural) District to the 0(Office) District, on property described as follows: A portion of Parcel 1-4, Block 3367, Map Book 946, Alameda County Assessor's Office, containing .24 acres, more or less, or that property generally located on the south side of Black Avenue, 500 ft. west of Santa Rita Road. WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents and finds that one or more of the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare, 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the approval of said zone change amendment as petitioned.
