PIANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1001 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton, recommending to the City <br />Council the approval of Zone Change No. 70-4, <br />filed by Ralph P. Juhl. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered Zone Amendment Petition No. 70-4, <br />filed by Ralph P. Juhl to amend Sec. 3.100, Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 520, to change the zone district <br />designation from the A (Agricultural) District <br />to the 0(Office) District, on property described <br />as follows: <br />A portion of Parcel 1-4, Block 3367, <br />Map Book 946, Alameda County Assessor's <br />Office, containing .24 acres, more or less, <br />or that property generally located on the south <br />side of Black Avenue, 500 ft. west of Santa Rita <br />Road. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and finds that one or more <br />of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council <br />the approval of said zone change amendment as <br />petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of April, 1970, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Coumissioners Gibbs, Pereira, Pons <br />and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Antonini <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Aiello <br />Date: April 8, 1970 <br />Attes <br />~~ ~ f <br />Vincent P.
