11. That the precise alignment of Stonedale Drive be <br />approved specifically recognizing however that the <br />alignment proposed is initiated by the developer at his <br />risk based upon the possibility of an eventual over- <br />crossing of Interstate Route dk680 and recognizing further <br />that the alignment of Stoneridge Drive may have to be <br />relocated northerly in order to accommodate the alignment <br />of Stoneridge Drive easterly of Interstate ~k680 in the <br />event that an overcrossing is installed. <br />12. That the curb to curb width of Stonedale Drive be <br />increased to 40 ft. across the boat and trailer storage <br />area and across the open area at the northwest end of <br />Stonedale Drive. <br />13. That the right-of-way width of Stonedale Drive be <br />increased to 42 ft. with a curb to curb width of 33 ft. <br />except as listed in Condition 12 above. <br />14, That the separation of the intersection of Stonedale <br />Drive with Springdale Avenue from Stoneridge Drive be <br />maximized. <br />15. That the water system supply capability and fire flow <br />shall be determined by the staff. <br />16. There shall be 2 hydrants within S00 ft. of the <br />building. <br />17.
