PLANNING C~AfISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1004 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton reaffirming its previous <br />recommendation embodied in Resolution No. 962 <br />to the City Council, the approval of PUD Amend- <br />ment No. 69-8, filed by First Pleasanton <br />Investors. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has reconsidered the action taken by the City <br />Council under Resolution No. 69-272, and, <br />WHEREAS, said Planning Commission, at their regular meeting <br />of April 22, 1970, again reviewed the petition as <br />defined under PUD Amendment No. 69-8, and further <br />examined the pertinent maps, drawings and docu- <br />ments and reaffirms that one or more of the <br />following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby reaffirms its previous action <br />to the City Council for the approval of the <br />preliminary development plans as defined under <br />PUD Amendment No. 69-8, said preliminary develop- <br />ment plans shall contain no more than 159 units <br />as noted on the attached exhibits. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 22nd day of April, 1970, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Antonini, Gibbs and <br /> Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: Commissioner Pons <br />Absent: Commissioner Pereira <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: April 22, 1970 <br />7 ~ <br />Attest ~~ " ; <br />Ri rdo J`~ o, S~etary ~" H~o~ward T.'
