PLANNING COMPfISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1008 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the <br />denial of Zone Change No. 70-5, filed by Wallace H. <br />and Mary E. Mayer. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered Zone Amendment Petition No. 70-5, <br />filed by Wallace H. and Mary E. Mayer to amend <br />Sec. 4.102, Zoning Ordinance No. 520, to change <br />the zone district designation from R-1-6500 (Single <br />Family) District, to the 0 (Office) District, on <br />property described as follows: <br />Parcel 4, Block 127, <br />Book 94, Alameda County <br />Assessor's Office, <br />or that property commonly known as 1072 Division <br />Street. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and finds that one or more <br />of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of+Eke'General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is not in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3.
