PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1012 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council the approval <br />of an amendment to Sec. 8.105.1 of Zoning Ordinance. <br />No. 520. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered an ordinance amendment to Sec. 8.105.1 to <br />essentially add Sub-section (g), namely, "storage yards <br />for commercial and!or recreational vehicles." <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this amend- <br />ment and has examined pertinent documents and finds <br />that one or more of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare, <br />3.
