PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1013 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Fred L. Brown, J. Martin Payne <br />and F. Raymond Young for a conditional use permit <br />to allow the development of a vehicular and boat <br />storage compound in an I-P (Industrial Park) <br />District, said development to be located on the <br />west side of Sunol Boulevard adjacent to the City's <br />sewage treatment plant and located on property <br />commonly known as 5507 Sunol Boulevard, has come <br />before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-70-8, be approved subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the property as <br />described in the application and any attachments <br />thereto and as shown on the attached plan labele d <br />Exhibit A. <br />2. That the applicant submit elevations of the metal <br />structures for approval. <br />3. That the applicant submit precise Landscaping <br />plans for approval. <br />4. That the applicant submit a lighting program <br />of the said proposal for approval. <br />5. That the applicant adhere to the color samples <br />for the metal structures as submitted. <br />6. That the fencing which fronts on Sunol Boulevard <br />be compatible with that fencing on the adjoining <br />properties and be further subject to the approval <br />of the Planning Director. <br />7. That the conditional use permit shall run with <br />the applicant and be valid fora period of five years, <br />ending June 10, 1975. <br />8. That a 19-ft. street widening be dedicated to the <br />City prior to issuance of a building permit. In the <br />event a time period is not specified for this approval, <br />a greater street widening, as required by the City <br />Engineer, will be dedicated. <br />9. That the applicant shall pay to the City the <br />estimated cost of street improvements or the property <br />owner enter into an agreement with the City whereby <br />he agrees to provide street improvements to the <br />extent required by Ordinance No. 358 at such time <br />said improvements are warranted in the opinion <br />of the City Engineer. This agreement would be <br />recorded and would run with the land. This condition <br />to be met prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />
