PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1016 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the <br />approval of an amendment to Sec. 7.102 of Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 520. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered an ordinance amendment to review <br />and re-evaluate Sec. 7.102, "Permitted and Conditional <br />Uses" for the C-Commercial District. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />amendment and has examined pertinent documents and <br />finds that one or more of the following conditions <br />do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council the <br />approval of said ordinance amendment. <br />FASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commis Sion of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 24th day of June, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: June 24, 1970 <br />---~ <br />Attes- <br />Ricardo J.
