PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1018 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council the <br />denial of PUD-69-9, filed by Morrison Homes. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commi>sion of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered PUD Amendment No. 69-9, filed by Morrison <br />Homes, for that property generally known as the Orloff <br />parcel and bounded by S. P. R. R., Kaiser Road and Santa <br />Rita Road, said property containing 94 net acres, more <br />or less, and defined on Preliminary Tentative Tract <br />Map dk3184, <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents and finds that one or more of the <br />following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is not in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a less equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council <br />the denial of PUD Amendment No. 69-9 as petitioned, <br />together with the corresponding Preliminary Tentative <br />Tract Map 4k3184. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 22nd day of July, 1970, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Carrigan <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ATTEST: Secretary Castro <br />Howard T. arrigan, C ~.rman <br />
