RESOLUTION NO. 87-348 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STONE ~ YOUNGBERG TO SUBMIT BID <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-9, <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. The investment bankin~ firm of Stone ~ YoungherE has <br />served as financial advisor to the City of Pleasanton in connection <br />with the issuance of a first series of bonds representin~ <br />assessments in Assessment District No. 1988-9, North Pleasanton <br />Improvement District No. 5. <br /> <br /> 2. Stone ~ Youn~ber~ has a~reed to solicit bids for the <br />purchase of these bonds and has requested that the City Council <br />permit Stone ~ Youn~ber~ also to be a bidder. <br /> <br /> 5. The City Council therefore expressly authorizes <br /> <br />Stone ~ Youn~ber~ to submit a hid on its own behalf for the purchase <br />of improvement bonds of Assessment District No. 1988-9, North <br />Pleasanton Improvement District No. 5, as a part of its hid <br />solicitation on behalf of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the fore~oin~ resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meetin~ thereof, held on <br />the 4th day of August, 1987. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson. and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br /> JAMES R.
