PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1020 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mrs. M. Kathleen Morine and Miss Carole <br />M. Ferreira, for, a conditional use permit to allow the <br />operation of a private school in a P (Public and Insti- <br />tutional) District, said school to be generally located <br />east of Foothill Road and south of Flagstone Drive; <br />property described as Parcel 69, Block 1049, Book 941 <br />of Alameda County Assessor's Office and commonly known <br />as 4943 Foothill Road, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that UP-70-10 be approved, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the property as <br />described in the application and any attachments <br />thereto and as shown on the attached plan labeled <br />Exhibit A. ' <br />2. That the applicant provide 12 parking spaces. <br />3. That approval of this use does not constitute design <br />review of the development. <br />4. That the applicant adhere to the recommendations <br />of the State Department of Social Welfare. <br />5. That the conditional use permit shall become effec- <br />tive upon certification of annexation of the property <br />to the City of Pleasanton. <br />6. That•access from Foothill Road be relinquished by <br />the property owner and development of the site be <br />orientated toward Flagstone Drive or that special <br />treatment be given to the entrance onto Foothill Road <br />and that it be clearly understood that no break in the <br />center island will be allowed when Foothill Road is <br />divided. <br />7. That the property owner dedicate and improve the <br />widening of Foothill Road to the extent required by the <br />Subdivision Ordinance for a residential development. <br />8. That the property owner dedicate and improve the <br />widening of Flagstone Drive to the extent required by the <br />Subdivision Ordinance for residential development. <br />9. That the property owner replace any wooden electrical <br />or communication facility pole line across the Foothill <br />Road frontage of this property with the combination of <br />underground and streamlined systems that has been used <br />for the adjacent residential developments. <br />
