Landscape work (if required, we will lte <br /> proposal). <br /> <br /> Revisions to the approved work shall normal <br /> hourly rates as follows= <br /> <br /> Principal ' <br /> Des igner ........... <br /> Draftsperson <br /> Clerical $30 O0 <br /> <br /> In addition to the above fee, we shalt be reimbursed. for our <br /> out-of-pocket expenses~ i.e., printing, postage, long distance <br /> telephone calls and travel over fifty (50) miles round trip from <br /> our office. <br /> <br /> Payments due the Architect unpaid after thirty (30) days from <br /> the date of invoice shall bear interest of two percent (2%) per <br /> month on the unpaid balance. <br /> <br /> Drawings and specifications as instruments of service are and <br /> shall remain the property of the Architect whether the project for <br /> which they are made is executed or not. <br /> <br /> This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon notice. <br /> In the event of termination by the Owner, the Architect shall be <br /> compensated for all services performed to termination to the <br /> maximum stated, plus all reimbursable expenses incurred. <br /> <br /> <br />
