CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-347 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REALLOCATION AND RECONFIGURATION OF <br /> OFFICE SPACE IN SCHOOL DISTRICT BUILDING AND AUTHORIZE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO SIGN LETTER AGREEMENT WITH G. MICHAEL <br /> GOLDSWORTHY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council has approved the purchase of the School District <br /> Office to provide additional office space for City <br /> staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, reconfiguration of the City Hall office spaces and the <br /> school district building spaces is necessary to <br /> accommodate the new department reallocation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, G. Michael Goldsworthy has been retained to assist with <br /> the final layout and development of working drawings and <br /> plans; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the reallocation and reconfiguration of City <br /> Hall office spaces, after the School District building <br /> is occupied by the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to sign a letter <br /> agreement with G. Michael Goldsworthy, Architect, in the <br /> amount of $19,500.00 for architectural services in <br /> connection with the project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 4, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None T~ Rj MER~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENN <br /> <br />Wa~es' ~.
