CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-346 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT PREPARED BY <br /> STONE AND YOUNGBERG FOR THE 8ALE OF THE NPID NO. 3 <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT BOND8 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 4, 1987, the City Manager <br /> presented his report (SR 87:357) regarding the Official <br /> Statement prepared by Stone and Youngberg for the sale <br /> of the NPID No. 3 Assessment District bonds; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Council approves the Official Statement for the NPID <br /> No. 3 Assessment District bond sale. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 4, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
