PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, Califor nia <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1025 <br />WHEREAS, the application of William S. Carnazzo, M. D. to <br />permit the use of a single-family residence at <br />1598 Santa Rita Road to conduct the practice of <br />medicine, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-70-11 be approved for a period <br />of one year to expire on August 12, 1971, and <br />subject to the condition that the unapproved <br />sign presently located on the property at <br />1598 Santa Rita Road, be removed. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of August, 1979, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Pereira, Pons, Wood and <br />Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Hirst <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: August 12, 1970 <br />Attes_~~._rj ... <br />J.
