PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1026 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council the <br />approval of RZ-70-11, filed by Henry Hornstein. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered RZ-70-11 filed by Henry Hornstein to amend <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton by <br />prezoning from the County's A (Agricultural) District <br />to the RM-2500 (Multiple) District, that property <br />described as: <br />Parcels 1-1 and 1-2, Block 1699, <br />Book 946 of Alameda County Assessor's <br />Office, containing more or less 4 acres, <br />and more commonly known as 3837 Vineyard Avenue, <br />Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents and finds that the following conditions <br />do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the <br />approval of said prezoning application to the RM-2500 <br />(Multiple) District, pending certification of annexa- <br />tion to the City of Pleasanton. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of August, 1970, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Garrigan <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ATTEST: Secretary Castro <br />Date: August 12, 1974. - -, , <br />Attes <br />Ric rdo J.
