PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1028 <br />~~AS, the application of Pleasanton Ready-Mix for site plan, <br />Landscaping and architectural approval to construct a <br />Batch plant on a two-acre portion of that property owned <br />by Kaiser Industries, which is zoned I-G (P. U.D.), bounded <br />by Kaiser Road on the north, Southern Pacific Railroad <br />on the east, Western Pacific Railroad on the south and <br />the I-P District on the west, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Z-70-64 be approved subject to the <br />following: <br />i. That street dedications and improvements be as per <br />approval noted in the report of the Department of Public <br />Works; also, as per agreements noted between the City <br />of Pleasanton, Kaiser Industries, Utility Vault Company <br />and Best Block Company. <br />2. That all truck storage areas be provided on the <br />southerly part of the development, that the soil be <br />properly oiled to prevent dust problems. <br />3. That fencing be provided, material to be suggested <br />by the applicant; also that landscaping be provided and <br />suggested by the applicant or Best Block Company. <br />4. That the agreements for dedication and improvement of <br />the necessary roadways be completed and executed. <br />5. That the City Council grant permission for an interim <br />method of sewage disposal with the understanding that <br />this property will be connected to the public sewer <br />system when it is extended to the area. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of August, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Date: August 12, <br />A <br />Commissioners Hirst, <br />and Chairman Carrigan <br />Secretary Castro <br />rdo J.
