That automatic sprinkler systems be required for all <br />landscaped areas to be maintained by the City and for <br />street tree plantings in the commercial areas. <br />12. That Street "N" between Stoneridge Drive and Street "W" <br />be increased in width to 60 ft. <br />13. That approval of the width of all streets adjacent <br />to the regional shopping center site be withheld pending <br />the submittal of a traffic study prior to the issuance of a <br />zoning permit for the shopping center. <br />14. That the developer dedicate at least 20 ft. from <br />top-of-bank on the northside of the creek to allow access <br />and development of the park on Foothill Road. <br />15.
