PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1031 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the approval <br />of RZ-70-7, filed by John MacGowan. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered RZ-70-7, filed by John MacGowan, for that <br />property shown on the preliminary tract map ~~3232, <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents and finds that one or more of the following <br />conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed land use amendments will be in <br />conformance with the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the <br />approval of said zone change petition and accompanying <br />preliminary tract map 1k3232, subject to the entire <br />property being placed in a Planned Unit Development <br />with the final zoning to be set when the final development <br />plans are submitted as follows: <br />23.8 acres - RM-25 (Multiple Family) District <br />22.6 acres - C-S (Commercial Service) District <br />41.4 acres - I-P (Industrial Park) District <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 26th day of August, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: August 26, 1970 <br />
