PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1032 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the granting of Zone Change Amendment No. 70-15. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at the request of the City Council, has considered Zone Change Amendment No. 70-15 to consider the revision of the existing commercial zoning of C-F (Commercial Freeway) and C-S (Coauaercial Service) Districts on those properties described as Parcels 5-4 and 5-3, respectively, Block 157 of Book 94 of the Alameda County Assessor's Office; said properties more commonly known as the Catholic Church property and lands of the City and County of San Francisco, located south of Bernal Avenue and west of Main Street, containing more or less 22.62 acres. WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this matter and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents and finds that the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare, 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equit- able condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council the approval of RZ-70-15, to rezone said parcels to the 0(Office), P (Public and Institutional) and I-P (Indus- trial Park) Districts, said zoning as noted on Exhibit A.
