PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1034 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the approval of Zone Change No. 70-13, filed by C. & H. Development Company. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered said zone change amendment filed by C. & H. Development Company to change the zone district desig- nation from the I-G, 3 ac. (General Industry) District to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District, on property described as follows: A portion of Parcel 4, Block 1301 Book 941 of Alameda County Assessor's Office, containing 5 acres, more or less, or that property generally located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Johnson Industrial Drive. WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents and finds that one or more of the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare, 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equit- able condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the approval of RZ-70-13, as petitioned.
