PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1034 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the approval <br />of Zone Change No. 70-13, filed by C. & H. Development <br />Company. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered said zone change amendment filed by C. & H. <br />Development Company to change the zone district desig- <br />nation from the I-G, 3 ac. (General Industry) District <br />to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District, on property <br />described as follows: <br />A portion of Parcel 4, Block 1301 <br />Book 941 of Alameda County Assessor's <br />Office, containing 5 acres, more or less, <br />or that property generally located at the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and <br />Johnson Industrial Drive. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents and finds that one or more of the following <br />conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equit- <br />able condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City <br />Council the approval of RZ-70-13, as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 26th day of August, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Date: August 26, 1970 <br />_._, _ .~ <br />Ric~rdo J, Castro, Secretary <br />Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Garrigan <br />Secretary Castro <br />G~iy~~ , <br />~_ lJ°i'~'7rv'~G~C <br />Howard T.
