That the existing wooden pole line across the <br />rear of the property be placed underground unless it <br />is demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Planning <br />Commission that this is economically unfeasible. <br />38. That a record of survey of this property be <br />prepared and filed at the developer's expense prior to <br />start of construction. <br />39. That the driveway opening onto Vineyard Avenue be <br />reduced in width to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. <br />40. That the street names be revised to eliminate the <br />possible confusion existing on the proposed layout. <br />This should be done to the satisfaction of the Planning <br />Director. <br />41. That the permittee pay to the City an annexation <br />fee in the amount of $200 per acre. <br />42.
