PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1039 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the approval of <br />Zone Change No. 70-12, filed by Julius Levine. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered Zone Amendment Petition No. 70-12, filed by <br />Julius Levine, to change the zone district designation <br />from the RM-4000 (Multiple Family) District to the <br />P (Public and Institutional) District, on property des- <br />cribed as follows: <br />Parcel 38, Block 14, Book 94 of <br />Alameda County Assessor's Office, <br />containing 1.86 acres, more or less, <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition <br />and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents <br />and finds that one or more of the following conditions <br />do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the <br />approval of RZ-70-12 as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of Octoher, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pons and Wood <br />Noes: Commissioner Pereira and Chairman Garrigan <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />Date: October 13, 1970 <br />Attest: <br />Vi e Aiello, Acting Secretary <br />j 4 <br />oward T. rigan, Ch irman <br />
