PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1041 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council <br />the approval of RZ-70-14, filed by Pacific Western <br />Mobile Estates, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered RZ-70-14 filed by Pacific Western <br />Mobile Estates, Inc., to amend the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of Pleasanton by prezoning from the <br />County A (Agricultural) District to the City of <br />Pleasanton's RM-4000 (Multiple Residential) District, <br />that property described as: <br />Parcels 12, 13, 14-2 and 14-3, <br />Block 1250, Book 946 of Alameda County <br />Assessor's Office, containing 24.5 acres, <br />more or less, <br />or that property generally located on the north side <br />of Vineyard Avenue adjacent to the present City <br />Limits. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, draw- <br />ings and documents and finds that the following <br />conditions do~exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council <br />the approval of RZ-70-14, pending certification of <br />annexation to the City of Pleasanton. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 27th day of October, 1970, by the following <br />vote: <br />;;D~te: Octob~ <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br /> <y>r <br />970 / <br />--r~ <br />t <br />J.
