PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1041 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council the approval of RZ-70-14, filed by Pacific Western Mobile Estates, Inc. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered RZ-70-14 filed by Pacific Western Mobile Estates, Inc., to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton by prezoning from the County A (Agricultural) District to the City of Pleasanton's RM-4000 (Multiple Residential) District, that property described as: Parcels 12, 13, 14-2 and 14-3, Block 1250, Book 946 of Alameda County Assessor's Office, containing 24.5 acres, more or less, or that property generally located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue adjacent to the present City Limits. WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, draw- ings and documents and finds that the following conditions do~exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare. 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council the approval of RZ-70-14, pending certification of annexation to the City of Pleasanton.
