;y~/ <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1042-A <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission approving <br />Minor Subdivision No. 70-9, filed by The Wyler <br />Company. <br />WHEREAS, this application was considered by Che Staff Review <br />Board under date of October 21,-1970, and after-due <br />consideration of all facts involved, denied the <br />application, <br />WHEREAS, said application was then appealed to the'Planning <br />Congaission of the City of Pleasanton and heard et <br />(heir regular meeting of October 27, 1970, <br />-NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission hereby <br />reverses the decision of the Staff Review Board and <br />approves-MS-70-9, subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
