PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California ''S~# <br />`RESOLUTION NO. 1044 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Howard Neely for six months <br />temporary use of an existing sign previously <br />used at place of business on Main Street, to be <br />located at 4301 Valley Avenue, in a C-S District,. <br />has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THBR~FORS BE IT RESOLVED, that Z-70-114 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the property as <br />.described in the application and any attachments <br />thereto and as shown on the attached plan labeled <br />Exhibit A. <br />2. That the sign permit is granted for a period <br />not to exceed six months and to run in conjunction <br />with the use permit. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 10th day of November, 1970, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Assistant Secretary Aiello <br />Date: November 10, 1970 <br />Attest: <br />w <br />Vinc Aiello, Assistant Secretary <br />
