~ -_ <br />PLANNING CQMMiSSION <br />Pleasanton,~,C~l~®~na <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1048 <br />WHEREAS, the application of MacKay & Somps for time exten- <br />sion approval of tentative Tract Map 3165, has <br />come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves said extension <br />for tentative Map, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That Circle H be increased to 50 feet from <br />the previously proposed 46 feet. <br />2. That all in tract easements be granted as <br />public service easements with no reference with <br />specific use. <br />3. That the number, size and location of fire <br />hydrants remain subject to change pending com- <br />pletion of a study do this matter by the Fire:. <br />4. That the developer provide all the s reet <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately light <br />the streets within and adjacent to this tract. <br />at the lowest possible cost to the City and in <br />accordance with the method, city owned or P. G. & <br />owned, that is commonly in use by the City of <br />Pleasanton at the time of approval of the final m <br />5. That electric power distribution and communi- <br />cation service systems be placed totally under-' <br />ground except for pad mounted transformers-.and <br />above ground splicing cabinets. where necessary. <br />6. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be; <br />withheld until the developer has demonstrated to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />proposed system is adequate for the service area <br />and generally meets the immediate and long. range <br />requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this <br />and all tributary areas. <br />7. That approval of the water supply and dstri- <br />bution system be withheld until the'deveoper: <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the .City <br />Engineer that the proposed system .meets both the <br />immediate and long range requirements for supplyi <br />water in this area. <br />8. That approval of the storm drainage system be <br />withheld until until final design calculations <br />.have been .check and the developer has demonstrate <br />`to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />system fully meets the requirements of this devel <br />optnent, ahd.al3,xupstseam areas intended to be drab <br />., - •. ~. a___. t~~~i....__1..i L _...i it i-rL- <br />a, <br />- 9.
