PL9NNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1050 WHEREAS, theapplication of the Planning Commission of the City~of Pleasanton to amend the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to Household Pets, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE BE LT RESOLVED, that said Ordinance Code be amended as follows: I. Section 2-5:21 of Article 2 of Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is amended by the addition thereto of a new subsection (e) relating to the definition of Household Pets, said subsection as added to provide as follows: Sec. 2-5.21 (e) - Household Pet Means any animal of a danesticated species kept inside a dwelling or any dog or cat kept on the same premises by the occupant of a dwelling. The term shall not be deemed to include any rabbit, fowl, pigeon, sheep, goat, hog or other livestock kept in the open or in an accessory structure. Section 2-6.13 of Article 3, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Cade of the City of Pleasanton relating to permitted uses in R-1 ;Districts is amended by the addition thereto of subsection (g ); said subsection as added to provide as follows: Sec. 2-6.13 - Permitted Uses The following uses shall be permitted: (g) Household Pets. Section 2-6.24 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to Permitted Uses in R-H Districts is amended by the addition thereto of subsection (g), said sub- section to provide as follows: Sec. 2-6.24 - Permitted Uses The following uses shall be permitted: ....
