PIANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1051 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mackay Homes for a conditional use <br />permit for an existing model home complex with the addition <br />of one model and the deletion of off-street parking, on <br />Lots 12-17, Tract 3023, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-70-21 be approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the property as des- <br />cribed in the application and any attachments thereto <br />and as shown on-the attached plan labeled Exhibit A. <br />2. That the temporary entrance road shall be removed at <br />such time as the sales office complex is no longer a need <br />and said area shall revert back to the standard lot as <br />was originally approved by the City of Pleasanton. <br />3. That off-street diagonal parking be provided tempora- <br />rily on Lot 18, as noted on Exhibit A. <br />4. The following items, materials or plants shall be <br />removed at such time as there is no longer a need for the <br />sales office complex at this site and said areas shall <br />revert back to the standards as specified by the Planning <br />Department and the Department of Public Works and any other <br />requirements imposed by the City of Pleasanton. <br />a. Three-foot rail fence with concrete piers. <br />b. The plants and materials as defined within the <br />cul-de-sac. <br />5. That said permit shall expire one year from the date <br />of approval - November 24, 1971. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 24th day of November, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, Wood and <br />Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />Date: November 24, 1970 <br />Attest ~ ~ -' l ~~ c. <br />Vince Ai.ell Acting Secretary Howard T. arrigan, hairman <br /> <br />
