CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-339 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT HEATHERLARK PARK, <br /> PROJECT NO. 84-28, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS <br /> PAYMENT TO MORI HATSUSHI AND ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Mori Hatsushi and Associates on the public <br /> improvements at Heatherlark Park, Project No. 84-28, has <br /> been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the Heatherlark Park improvements is <br /> hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $42,650.23 in favor of Mori <br /> Hatsushi and Associates in satisfaction of the final <br /> progress payment for the above-accepted work on Project <br /> No. 84-28. Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $4,265.02 will be retained until thirty (30) days after <br /> filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 4, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None TH~R.
