PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1056 <br />~REAg~ the application of Mackay & Somps for approval <br />of Tentative Tract Map ~k2573, Mission Park, <br />Unit -0i5, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton approves Tentative Tract <br />Map ~k2573, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That all in-tract easements be granted as <br />public service easements with no reference to <br />specific use. <br />2. That the number, size and location of fire <br />hydrants remain subject to change pending com- <br />pletion of a study of this matter by the Fire <br />Chief. <br />3. That the developer provide all the street <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately light <br />the streets within and adjacent to this tract at <br />the lowest possible cost to the City. <br />4. That electric power distribution and communi- <br />cation service system be placed totally underground <br />except for pad-mounted transformers and above- <br />ground splicing cabinets where necessary. <br />5. That approval of the water supply and distri- <br />bution system be withheld until the developer has <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system meets both the <br />immediate and long range requirements for supplying <br />water in this area. <br />6. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be <br />withheld until the developer has demonstrated to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />proposed system is adequate for the service area <br />and generally meets the immediate and long range <br />requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this <br />and all tributary areas. <br />7. That approval of the storm drainage system be <br />withheld until final design calculations have been <br />made and the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system <br />fully meets the requirements of this development <br />and all upstream areas intended to be drained <br />through this tract and that the requirements of <br />Alameda County Flood Control District have been met. <br />
