PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1058 <br />WHEREAS, a review of the conditional use permit issued to <br />Mrs. Norma Hellinga to conduct a day care center for <br />five pre-school age children between the hours of <br />8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, in an R-1 District, subject <br />to the standards as defined under Article 19, "Home <br />Occupations" of Zoning Ordinance No. 520, at her <br />home at 7637 Driftwood Way, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-68-5, be approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant is subject to the standards as <br />defined under Article 19, "Home Occupations," of <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 520. <br />2.
