PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1060 <br />EREAS, The application of Doris V. Gross for renewal of <br />her home occupation conditional use permit for a <br />day care center located in her home at 4082 <br />Francisco Street, Pleasanton, has come before <br />this Commission, <br />W, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-69-17 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant is subject to the standards.. <br />as defined under Article 19, "H0," of Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 520, copy attached. <br />2. ^ihat the use of facilities be limited to a <br />maximum of five pre-school age children of either <br />sex at any one time. <br />3. That the day care period shall be restricted <br />to the hours between 7:30 A.M. through 6:30 P.M. <br />4. That this permit applies to the applicant and <br />not the property. <br />5. That there shall be no advertising of said <br />operation on the property. <br />6. That there shall be no exterior changes to <br />said property. <br />7. That said premises be inspected by the Fire <br />Department of the City of Pleasanton. <br />8.
