PLANNING COMMISSION
Pleasanton, California
RESOLUTION NO. 1062
A resolution of the Planning Commission of
the City of Pleasanton recommending to the
City Council the denial of Besco Builders'
request for credit for park dedication im-
provements for their Las Positas (P.U.D.)
development located on the west side of
Santa Rita Road, north of the Arroyo Mocho
and within Tentative Tract #3232.
WHEREAS, said matter was discussed by the Planning
Commission at their meeting of January 26,
1971, wherein extensive testimony for and
against said credit was taken,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed said matter
within the confines noted in Park Dedication
Ordinance No. 439 and City Council Resolution
No. 68-192, and found the following to be
in evidence:
1.
