PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1066 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton in consideration of the possible revocation <br />of the conditional use permit granted to William S. <br />Carnazzo, H.D., under the provisions of Article 20, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton, relating to Home Occupations. <br />WHEREAS, the Commission did consider the factors involved in <br />relation to the "emergency" operation granted to said <br />applicant by City Council under date of April 7, 1969, <br />WI{EREAS, the Commission did also consider all other pertinent <br />factors necessary to qualify said applicant under the <br />Hwae Occupation Ordinance and finds the applicant to be <br />in violation of said ordinance, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE ZT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission in line <br />with the evidence presented at the public hearing, finds <br />that William S.
