PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1067 A. resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the granting of Zone Amendment No. RZ-71-1, filed by Frank V. Kreske and Robert J. Myers. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered Zoae Amendment Petition No. RZ-71-1, filed by Frank V. Kreske and Robert J. Myers to amend the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton by rezoning from the RM-4000 (Multiple) District to the P (Public and Institu- tional) District that property described as a portion of Parcel 25, Assessor's Mep Book 99, Page 19, containing 1.63 acres, more or Less, WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents and finds that the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare, 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council the approval of RZ-71-1, sub3ect to the following conditions: 1. That a Minor Subdivision for said property be filed and approved by the City. 2. That the applicant submit a specific proposal to the Public Works Department regarding the circulation of Del Sol Avenue and the remaining RM-4000 area, as well as the possibility of his area having a double frontage lot. 3. That prior to approval of the Minor Subdivision, a circulation plan for Del Sol Avenue is approved by the Public Works Department. 4. That the remainder of the parcel not now included in this rezoning remain in the RM-4000 (Multiple) District.
