PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1069 WHEREAS, the application of Stones on Development Corporation for approval of final development plan for P.U.D. 69-5, Tract 3150, Stone ridge Townhouses, located south of Stoneridge Drive and east of Springdale Avenue, Pleasanton, containing 30 acres, more or less, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said appli- cation subject to the following conditions: 1. That the permit is granted for the propert as described in the application any attachments thereto and as shown on the attached plan labeled Exhibit A. 2. That the applicant adhere to the land- scaping plans as shown on the plan labeled Exhibit A. 3. That the applicant provide street trees in accordance with the Public Works Department. 4. That the applicant adhere to the archi- tectural elevations as shown on the plans labeled Exhibit A. 5. That the applicant submit color samples of his exterior materials for approval by this department. 6. That the applicant provide a 2x4 redwood header where landscaping abuts asphalt paving. 7. That the applicant submit the design of the light standards for approval by this depart ment. 8. That the applicant adhere to the recom- mendations of the Public Works Department. 9. That the developer' complete negotiations with the Director of Public Works for the satisfactory resolvement of problems pertaining to adequate water service to this development. 10. That more detailed information be presente on the proposed street lights for the private drives. This information should include pictur s or sketches in color showing the complete typic 1 installation, mounting height of the fixture, lighting characteristics of the fixture and monthly energy cost per light. 11. That the type of bridge to be constructed over Gold Creek be specifically specified as a pedestrian bridge.
