PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION No. 1071 <br />REAS, the application of Amador Valley Investors <br />for Tentative Map and Development Plan Review <br />for a townhouse development to be located on <br />property described as a portion of Parcel <br />2-15, Block 1101, Book 946 of the Alameda <br />County Assessors Office containing 9.1 acres <br />more or less, said property generally located <br />immediately south of Interstate #580 and east <br />of Tassajara Road, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that PUD-69-8, Tentative Map and <br />Development Plan be approved subject to the <br />following conditions, said conditions to be <br />included in the final development package: <br />1. More elevations of the structures to be <br />built. <br />2. Samples of the proposed roofing materials. <br />3. Elevations of the carports showing design <br />compatibility with the units. <br />4. Overall street view of the project. <br />5. That the applicant meet with the conditions <br />of the Public Works Department. <br />6. That the applicant meet with the conditions <br />of the Fire Department. <br />7. An overall interior ground lighting <br />program including design of light fixtures. <br />AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton, on the 9th day of March, 1971, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Pereira <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />:, March 9, 1971 <br /> <br />[acting secretary <br />
