PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1074 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the approval <br />of Zone Change Amendment No. RZ-71-2, filed by Edward <br />Schlies. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered Zone Change Amendment No. RZ-71-2, filed by <br />Edward Schlies to amend the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton by rezoning from the A (Agricultural) District <br />to the 0 (Office) District, that parcel known as <br />Parcel 4, Block 1151 <br />Alameda County Assessor's Map Book 946, <br />containing 15.69 acres, more or less, <br />or more commonly known as the northeast corner of <br />Santa Rita Road and Mohr Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition <br />and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and docu- <br />ments and finds that the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3.
