PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1074 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the approval <br />of Zone Change Amendment No. RZ-71-2, filed by Edward <br />Schlies. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered Zone Change Amendment No. RZ-71-2, filed by <br />Edward Schlies to amend the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton by rezoning from the A (Agricultural) District <br />to the 0 (Office) District, that parcel known as <br />Parcel 4, Block 1151 <br />Alameda County Assessor's Map Book 946, <br />containing 15.69 acres, more or less, <br />or more commonly known as the northeast corner of <br />Santa Rita Road and Mohr Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition <br />and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and docu- <br />ments and finds that the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the <br />adoption of RZ-71-2, as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 23rd day of March, 1971, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Date: March 23, 1971 <br />Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Wood <br />Vice Chairman Pons <br />Chairman Carrigan <br />Acting Secretary Aiello <br />Attest: . <br />~ .% <br />C~~ ti ~ ~~. ~ y~~ <br />Vince Aiello, Acting Secretary Euge D.
