That vehicular access rights to this property
from Division Street be dedicated to the City
with the written understanding that vehicular
access to Division Street would not be prohibited
unless and until other access is provided to
this property. Plans shall be
prepared by a registered Civil Engineer.
16. That the existing well casing located on the
property be uncovered, investigated and properly
sealed and abandoned. Location of this facility
is available in the City Engineers office.
17. That a detailed site grading and drainage
plan be submitted to and approved by the City
Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit.
18. That the driveways and parking areas be paved
with a minimum of 2 inches AC over 5 inches AB.
19. That the street number be posted so as to
be easily seen and read from the street at all
times, night and day.
AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Pleasanton on the 13th day of April 1971, by the
following vote:
Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons,
Wood and Chairman Carrigan
Noes:
Absent:
Abstain:
Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello
~ ate
test:
ce
April 13, 1971
