CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-331 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION WAIVING CERTAIN FEES FOR SENIOR HOUSING <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council has authorized an application for a federal <br /> grant to assist with the financing of the Senior Housing <br /> Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is subsidizing the project by contributing the <br /> property and waiving certain City fees totaling <br /> approximately $666,000; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council approves waiving certain fees for the <br /> 200-unit Senior Housing Project totaling the approximate <br /> amount of $666,000, including the following: <br /> <br /> Building Permit Fees <br /> Residential Construction Tax <br /> Sewer Surcharge <br /> Housing Trust Fund <br /> City Water Connection Fees <br /> Capital Improvement Fund Contribution <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None //~/~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
