PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1078 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Franklin Savings and Loan <br />for a variance to allow the reduction of 11 <br />spaces to the required amount of off-street <br />parking spaces as provided in Section <br />2-9.16.3(b) of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton, has come before this Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that V-71-7 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That vehicular access rights of this <br />property to Division Street be dedicated to the <br />City prior to issuance of a Building Permit, <br />said dedication of access rights to become <br />effective only when other means of access to thi <br />parking lot is provided or replacement parking <br />is provided elsewhere by the City or the Parking <br />District. <br />2. That the pepper tree on the west boundary <br />the site and the locust tree on the southwest <br />property line be cleaned up and saved and that <br />the 2 palm trees be moved at the applicants <br />expense; said trees to be replanted in a suita <br />location in one of the City parks. <br />3. That all other trees marked on the Plot <br />to be saved be so designated and preserved. <br />4. That the unmarked tree on the Plot Plan be <br />saved if it is determined to be a maple. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Flanning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of April, 1971, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />Date: April 13, 1971 <br />Attest: <br />~.~ _ ~~ <br />V ce Ai llo, Acting Secretary <br />
