PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1084 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the granting <br />of PUD-71-1, filed by Morrison Homes. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered PUD Amendment No. 71-1, filed by Morrison Homes <br />to amend the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton for <br />that property generally known as the Orloff Parcel and <br />bounded by S. P. R.R., Kaiser Road and Santa Rita Road, <br />containing 94 net acres, more or less. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition <br />and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents <br />and finds that the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment is in conformity with the <br />General Plan and the 4.7 medium density. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare. <br />3.
